Assistant Teachers should:
- Have at least 2 years of Early Child Care experience
- Be comfortable talking with parents and caregivers
- Promote positive classroom management techniques
- Share ideas and experiences with their Lead Teacher
- Feel comfortable leading and supporting lessons and activities
- Collaborate with directors and onsite owners
